About Us
You may be wondering – who are the Paduganans?

Frank is Filipino-Spanish by heritage and his father and stepfather were born in Hawaii. Frank was born in central California and spent his youth pouring over National Geographic magazines and dreaming about where he might be able to travel when he grew up. After he served in the Vietnam War, he lived in Hawaii before returning to California and he has visited 18 countries and counting.
Dawn is German-Irish-Scottish by heritage and her family emigrated from Europe through Canada and is predominantly in the Midwest. Dawn was born in Michigan, has lived in many states but settled in California and met and married Frank in 1995. She loves to travel and doesn’t like to go back to the same place twice…there is just too much to see!

Frank and Dawn have two adult children and five grandchildren…and counting. We like to organize trips with them and involve them in planning where possible. Our dream is to take each child on a special travel trip of their choosing to spark that fire of adventure and encountering different possibilities in all kinds of environments.
what we believe
We enjoy people of all cultures, races, ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds. We celebrate Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and enjoy learning about all the amazing people and places He has created.

how we approach travel
We attempt to experience and celebrate as much of the local culture as possible everywhere we go. We have enjoyed budget travel and luxurious travel and it will be our quest to populate these blogs with information that will address a wide-variety of budgets. We believe that in order to serve, do and be our best, we must intentionally create times of refreshing and our travel always focuses on that.
We like to mix it up, so sometimes we will travel by car, by boat, by air, by bus. If you want easy-to-plan getaways, you’ll find our blog replete with ideas and easy to organize. We’ll provide lots of suggestions, tips and tricks and link to those resources we have found to be worthy of recommendation.
